Stock market:Stock market opened with decline, Sensex is still trading at 49000 K, Nifty is also above 14500.

The Bombay Stock Exchange’s flagship index Sensex lost 76.91 points to 49415.41 and the National Stock Exchange’s Nifty fell 12.20 points to open at 14552.70. On Wednesday, the Sensex rose 24.79 points to 49492.32 points after the day’s ups and downs.

Due to mixed signals around the world, the domestic stock market opened with a decline on the fourth trading day of the week. The Bombay Stock Exchange’s flagship index Sensex lost 76.91 points to 49,415.41 and the National Stock Exchange’s Nifty fell 12.20 points to open at 14,552.70. On Wednesday, the Sensex gained 24.79 points to 49492.32 and the Nifty rose 1.40 points to close at 14564.85 after the day’s ups and downs.

Talking about today’s major stocks, SBI Life, ONGC, HDFC Bank and TCS remained strong and opened on the green mark. However, shares of Tech Mahindra, M&M, Adani Ports and Bharti Airtel opened on the red mark. IT, finance services, banks, metal, PSU banks opened on the red mark in the sectoral index today. Whereas, Pharma, FMCG, Media, Realty started with a green mark.

The Sensex started around 50000 on Wednesday. It rose 216.28 points to open at the level of 49,733.39. At the same time, the Nifty opened 67 points at 14,630.50 level.

On Wednesday, the rupee closed up 10 paise at 73.15 to the dollar in the foreign exchange market. It opened at 73.16 and ranged from 73.10 to 73.23. It closed at 73.15 points, up 10 paise at the end of trading. The exchange rate at the time of trading closed on Tuesday was 73.25 per dollar. Crude oil futures rose 0.18 percent to $ 56.68 a barrel in the global crude oil market yesterday.
