UP board exam 2021: dates for practical exam of UP board announced, will start from 3rd february 2023

The experimental examination of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UP Board) was announced on Thursday. The examination will be conducted in two phases mandal wise and will be monitored through CCTV cameras. The first phase of the examination starts from February 3, while the second phase will start from February 13 and continue till February 22. The UP board will deploy examiners for the intermediate examination. At the same time, the internal assessment in the high school will be done through the Principal.
पहला चरण : तीन फरवरी से 12 फरवरी तक : आगरा, सहारनपुर, बरेली, लखनऊ, झांसी, चित्रकूट, फैजाबाद, आजमगढ़, देवीपाटन व बस्ती मंडल में।
दूसरा चरण : 13 फरवरी से 22 फरवरी तक : अलीगढ़, मेरठ, मुरादाबाद, कानपुर, प्रयागराज, मीरजापुर, वाराणसी व गोरखपुर में।
UP Board Secretary Divyakant Shukla issued a detailed program of the experimental examination, instructing all district school inspectors to start preparing. The UP board has already indicated in the academic calendar to hold written examinations of high school and intermediate in March and April. It is possible that the examination schedule will be announced soon.
Internal and similar external examiners will be able to give 50 percent marks: UP Board Secretary Divyakant Shukla said that 50 percent marks will be given by internal examiners and the same number of external examiners in the experimental subjects of intermediate. At the same time, for the individual candidates who will be scheduled for the college experimental examination, the teachers of the respective subjects will give 50 percent marks under internal assessment and external examiners will be able to give the same marks.
Monitoring of CCTV: The experimental examination of sports and physical education, compulsory subject of the institutional and individual candidates registered in the intermediate examination will be conducted by the Principal at the school level. The Secretary informed that the experimental examinations will be conducted under CCTV surveillance to maintain the accuracy of the examination. The Principal will keep the recording relevant and will have to be made available to the Regional Office on demand of the Council.
Internal Assessment in High School: The experimental examination of the high school will also be this time under internal assessment at the school level. Individual examinees will appear in the examination by contacting the Principal of the forwarding center. The secretary said that the high school experimental examination, moral sports and physical education and intermediate sports and physical education scores will be uploaded online on the council’s website through the principal. The website will start for this work from 25 January.
Strict adherence to physical distance: UP Board Secretary Divyakant Shukla has ordered that all instructions to avoid Kovid-19 in the examination should be strictly followed. Examinations should be conducted with physical distance.
Deployment of examiners from regional office: Colleges will get information about appointment of examiners from regional offices. The list of examiners will be released soon. Their number may be around 14 thousand.
